Man City’s De Bruyne reportedly open to Napoli switch in the summer

Kevin De Bruyne will not be staying at Manchester City beyond the end of this season and has therefore attracted interest from a number of clubs hoping to sign a world-class player for nothing.

The Belgian international has a number of interested parties from all over the world, with some clubs in the Saudi league offering large sums in an attempt to convince De Bruyne to head to a league that has managed to attract other big stars in world football.

However, it seems that the midfielder’s intention is to remain in European football, and there is one scenario that particularly appeals to him: Napoli.

According to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, who specialises in Belgian football, De Bruyne has reportedly given the green light for a move to the Neapolitans for the 2025/26 season, having instructed his team to begin and conclude negotiations before his summer holidays.
